What are the key factors to teaching that enhances learning? What do we need to consider as teachers to create empowering environment for our students? I´d like to share with you my experience and knowledge about student-centered approach enabling us as teachers both, to be more effective teachers and to preserve our energy. We will mainly talk about the role of teacher, classroom atmosphere and rapport, needs analysis, goals, and learner autonomy. I´d like us to share and discuss ways to get learners active, motivated and boost their self-confidence in speaking.
